While it can be hard to put a price tag on the possessions of a loved one, we will always ensure that your items will be sold at the value it deserves. 

There are no costs for our estate sale service. We conduct an in-person 2 day estate sale at your home for a nominal percentage of the sale proceeds. Disbursement of monies are made at the close of the sale on the second day.

All sales from the estate sale are recorded in a ledger so that the ledger balance matches the monies paid out following the completion of the sale.

We can conduct an online 7 day estate sale if your community does not permit traditional onsite sales.

Many Gated communities do not allow the general public at large to enter their community. With narrow roadways and blocked driveways parking becomes an issue. Plus large crowds infringe on other residents of the community and may cause security concerns.

In most cases we are able to place your estate items on a 7 day online estate sale. There are exceptions and In some cases gated communities will allow an estate sale by appointment only. You can check with your community's HOA or send us their information and we can contact them directly.

Yes, we help facilitate the sell of vehicles, boats and equipment via online market place. You will need to have a clean title on hand in your legal name that can be signed over at the time of purchase.

Commissions for Items selling over $3,000 are set at a lower rate.

During the course of the estate sale we make every effort to get the most for our clients. Usually after your sale there are Items that have not sold. Larger furnishing items such as television cabinets, mattresses, pianos and large heavy china cabinets may not sell.

We do offer an optional comprehensive clean out service for an additional fee. Our cleanout service includes coordination of acceptable donations and disposal of unwanted items leaving your estate broom clean.

As part of our cleanout service, unsold clothing will be brought to Goodwill, blankets and towels to the local animal shelter and best efforts will be made to arrange for unsold furnishings to be donated to Restore (Habitat for Humanity) and Teen Challenge  charities.

Each home and property are unique and have many variables.  We will need to conduct an onsite evaluation of your property clean out. We will then write up an estimate for this service. The estimate will include an itemized cost for disposal of unwanted items and furnishings from the estate leaving it in "Broom Clean" condition.

You should identify and remove personal effects, cash, jewlery and documents, be sure medications and weapons are not in the house. If removing items from the house is not practical, we can identify a room marked as “private” so you don’t feel the pressure to get things out of the house.

Believe it or not people will buy everything and anything that is not bolted down!  Even your cleaning supplies and toilet paper on the roll will be fair game.  That is why we ask that you go through the estate and make sure the things that you want to keep are either removed or placed into a separate room market "private"

Yes we carry liability insurance and provide you a copy upon request. We do ask that you maintain home owners insurance for your property at the time of the estate sale and clean out. This helps to cover all aspects of liability and protects your estate.
